ok ...  i need to try something new. i'm down to 4.4kg since Nov14 when i started the Phentemine. i feel that the Phentemine is getting immune to me now. (no medicine can last for more than 3 mths consecutively consume) so need a new way to lose the weight. Hasnidah drop to 4.5kg so far for the past 2 mths. it takes me 3mths to drop to 4.4kg only. arghhhhhh!!!! I am now on my 3rd cycle of Phentemine started on 30Oct2014. I have dropped a total of 4.4kg from 30Sep14 to 3Jan15 from 93.5kg to 89.1kg. I have a long way to go..... I think i have drop sizes from 2XL or sometimes 3XL to a size L. (evident from wearing (1)Marks and Spencer panties size 14, Cotton On dress size L) But people close to me and around me always still think i'm fat. My ultimate aim is to lose the weight, so that my hormones can be back to normal. So that i can have a normal menses cycle and not worry abt prolong menses that god knows when it will stop. The last one that i'm having now, had it since 28Dec14 till date. But it looks like it's finishing. I got panicky 2-3 days ago when it gives no sign that it's stopping. Doc change my hormone medicine. from Marvelon on 30Oct14 change to Norethisterone on 11Nov14 because my body is immune to Marvelon, not responding to Marvelon at all and on 3Jan15 she change it to Gynera. Hahaha like real but real lah. Maybe it jus happen to b a bigger cut. Surprisingly i can fit a size L for this cotton on dress. Hmmmm bt i believe cotton on cuts at times are big enough for me to fit thru. Bossini always on the small cut. Surprising again i can fit in well though i felt the bust area cld be slightly tight bt Dinah said it looks jus fine. Bought it since i've been wanting to get 1 of these bossini shirts. Something more casual yet dressy.  Tis i believe the cut ia big. Hahahaha bt glad i took 14 instead of 16. Cos 14 fits so well. And mum tot it's Dinah's. Chehhhhhhh ....  I use to wear 2XL or 3XL but being able to buy L and wore it perfectly wo buldge here and thr ... I believe i hav done the right thing.  My wrist seems to drop a cm. use to b 18-20cm but now 17-18cm.  Always bought those sleeveless top i wore to sleep siZe 16 or 18 bt now i wore size 14.  But weight ... Went for my scan earlier at the Radiologic Clinic. Alhamdulilah ... i am perfectly normal. So that off my mind, i just need time for myself. Wanted to shop but realise i'm left with <$10 in my atm ... lol So i went around, walk2 je. From Jcube to Westgate to Jem. went into some shops. Think Jem is more of a place i would go ard. 1st it has Delifrance. Would stop for a bite. Marks and Spencer doesn't have the scents that i like ... maybe they didn't have the full range there. but the panties are there for sure ... where i can grab them. and the aroma oil ... simply heaven! Jem has Victoria Secret too. Not that i would get anything there. It's more costly getting from the stores here in Singapore compared to in US. They have Sephora ... where i can try those beauty products ... before i get a steal from Carousell ... hahaha There i was in H&M, tried on a top ... more like a dress. but i cld wear with tights. My weight has always been an issue since the day i was born. never a day goes by people said that i am thin. I am always that FAT, BIG girl. It's no fun being fat especially when ur husband would look at other pretty, thinner girls and comment things such as "wow" "feeeewwwwiiit" "switttt" and many others. How does that makes u feel? at the bottom of the list right? EXACTLY what i am feeling. but of course when you ask him ... he said he prefers the FAT me ... but then who doesn't like the thin, sexy, beautiful women ... i love myself. i love my body. but i have to lose LOTTTSSSSS of weight ... because of the hormone imbalance condition that i have. This prolonged mense thing has come yet again.
