not a very good news to hear from my blood test results taken last sat. my full blood count was ok. my uric acid was high. max is 3.7 while mine is 3.8. just by a slight. which means i have gout ... though slight best to avoid certain food. gout is an acute arthritis, that causes severe pain and swelling in the joints. It most commonly affects the big toe but may also affect the ankle, hand, wrist or elbow.
