house cleaning as usual ... but making an extra effort. next project - i need to re-tile my  toilet for easy maintenance.  this tile gets stain easily and gets dirty ... pain in the eye.  upholster the sofa arm.    from torn to nice lah ... hehehe fix the bath and bodyworks wallflower plug.  Cover up the kitchen cooker perimeter with this aluminium tape bought from #daiso. it stains the top ... tried cleaning it but not as clean as i would want.  so the next best thing to do is to cover it up.  cover the imperfection ... to make it perfect.  hahahaha  so it's easier to maintain now ... phew! hub bought this at #daiso too.  i use it to the fullest, since i'm not able to get the stain out from the grout,  i use the #groutpaint to clean it up instead.  it works wonders.  from this.  to this ... how cool is that.  ...

upholstered my parent's dining chairs - 6 of them. happy with the results.  From this ...  to this ...  transform ... upholstered ... diy *cloth from spotlight. (SGD$9.99 per meter) got 3 meters and i have plenty of xtras ... enough to cover the top of the dining table ;)

well to get another cat condo ... hmmm quite expensive you should say. and in singapore, you don't have much choice. for one, our cats prefers to stay up then to have somewhere to cuddle lower. so the 'house' has to be up. else if they wish to sleep on the floor, they won't be cuddling in a 'house' ... leceh tul! so the cat condo that we had for less than 6mths ... is in quite a bad shape. very USED! so i had in sort of 'repaired' ... upholstered  it a bit.  i used my old t-shirt for the base where their 'house' is. but first have to make sure that they would lie on that t-shirt first. our cats have this preference to certain materials. some they would not like it and will eventually pee on it. for some they will. so testing it; by placing it on the floor and see if they will lie on it, is an important step before i have it glued/tack/tape onto the cat condo. We went to ikea over the weekend. We bought placemat. When we got home, placing the placemat at the kitchen top it struck me tat it looks good for backsplash doesn't it. Cool right??!!!! Hehehehe So i start googling n found these ...  Nice lahhhhhh .... These is what ikea have for now ...  Thank god my kitchen not tat huge ... Hub seems to b ok with the idea. He jus qns wat we gonna do with the glass backsplash tat we have (it was taken out when the pipe behind the wall punctured; and since then we didn't fix it back cos it will cost us abt 500-800 to get it fix back) Using placemat seems to a cheaper means ... Idea! Idea! Hmmm really will add colors to my kitchen 👍👍 Let's go placemat hunting ... Who knows thr's more nicer ones :D -> hahaha ... didn't get to do these though ... maybe next time.

Since we move in in 2011, we didn't really do much things to our crib. the usual add in here and there. Tis yr; 2015 we had stickers pasted in our living area. This is at the doorway. you can see this when you enter the main door.  the frame has been thr. we jus add the sticker lamp.  We had an electrical problem with the storage water heater.  cost us $140 to get the wiring done.  After that the electrical guy advise us not to ALWAYS turn on the water heater switch. To turn it on when need to use and off it after use.  So as a reminder to us, we decide to paste this on the switch.  Hope it makes us practise electrical savings $$.  Electrician :  Mr Tan @ 90295275 (Recommended by West Coast Town Council; he did our circuit breaker) Mr Teh @ 9224 8718 (Recommended by Ariston.
