JusMoi ... My lif3sT0ry ...

I am now on my 3rd cycle of Phentemine started on 30Oct2014. I have dropped a total of 4.4kg from 30Sep14 to 3Jan15 from 93.5kg to 89.1kg. I have a long way to go..... I think i have drop sizes from 2XL or sometimes 3XL to a size L. (evident from wearing (1)Marks and Spencer panties size 14, Cotton On dress size L) But people close to me and around me always still think i'm fat. My ultimate aim is to lose the weight, so that my hormones can be back to normal. So that i can have a normal menses cycle and not worry abt prolong menses that god knows when it will stop. The last one that i'm having now, had it since 28Dec14 till date. But it looks like it's finishing. I got panicky 2-3 days ago when it gives no sign that it's stopping. Doc change my hormone medicine. from Marvelon on 30Oct14 change to Norethisterone on 11Nov14 because my body is immune to Marvelon, not responding to Marvelon at all and on 3Jan15 she change it to Gynera. Hahaha like real but real lah. Maybe it jus happen to b a bigger cut. Surprisingly i can fit a size L for this cotton on dress. Hmmmm bt i believe cotton on cuts at times are big enough for me to fit thru. Bossini always on the small cut. Surprising again i can fit in well though i felt the bust area cld be slightly tight bt Dinah said it looks jus fine. Bought it since i've been wanting to get 1 of these bossini shirts. Something more casual yet dressy.  Tis i believe the cut ia big. Hahahaha bt glad i took 14 instead of 16. Cos 14 fits so well. And mum tot it's Dinah's. Chehhhhhhh ....  I use to wear 2XL or 3XL but being able to buy L and wore it perfectly wo buldge here and thr ... I believe i hav done the right thing.  My wrist seems to drop a cm. use to b 18-20cm but now 17-18cm.  Always bought those sleeveless top i wore to sleep siZe 16 or 18 bt now i wore size 14.  But weight ... This prolonged mense thing has come yet again. I went to the doc again last Thurs 30th Oct 2014. So it seems that it's been doing fine for the last 2 years. (i tot it's been fine for the last 1 year) But now it's been 2 months and 3 cycles that my menses has not stopped. so i decide to pay a visit to Dr Masayu again. Else it's just a day surgery. test runs and came back all ok. an insensitive ang moh female doctor asks me if i want children. and i said yes. then she said an alternative if this occurs again is to cut my tube away. but then that means i'm not ab...

okay ... i think i'm breaking down soon ... 1. my non-stop menses but luckily after i went to see the TCM it stops finally 3 days ago after 3mths of bloody-changing-pampers-EVERYDAY! 1. my menses is a killer ... since first puasa till today i've yet to fast. masa 1st puasa tu ingat dah abis ... cos my last menses was week of 11 aug. then gi tg pinang on 16 aug tu i'm clean. abih dah nk puasa dia kluar sikit2 ... then dah brapa ari ni ingat dah bis ... kluarrrrr agiiiiii. perut pn cam segugut2 but very mild ah. this is the worst menses i ever had ... it started with 2-3 weeks in advance cramps ... just the feel but no way near ... bloatedness ... soarness ... the ZITS ... sighhhh!! then the day came ... 16 Jun 2008, just a tiny bit ... signs of it ... the night, i slept with pad on ... the next day ... 17 Jun 2008 the worst ever 1st cramps that i ever had since the day i had my menses at age of 9 ... and now i'm 32 years 6 months old ... good ness me ... it's the most terrible pain ... followed with the heaviest flow ever ... i've to change every hour ... pop in 2 panadol for menstrual ... nope ... nothing happen ... still in pain ... mind blank ... sat at my desk not even doing anything ... pop in another 2 more ... still in pain ... after abt an half to an hour ... it finally subside ... and i'm finally able to get some work done. and each time i stand up ... it's like peeing in my pants ... the hot blood gush out like no one's business ... each time i'm...
