Muhlach is the family name of the owner, Alexander Muhlach who is the father of Nino Muhlach a popular actor in PHP. Ube is purple yam ... and Ensaymada is a tagalog word which means that it is made with butter and topped with grated cheese It's not as cheesy as one will tink ... but the cheese rasa ... it jus melts away ... then the pastry is so soft ... superb texture ... it suited the name perfectly ... and it has this Halal stamp on the box ... how halal is halal ... hmmm i'm not one who will guarantee ... 24Jul : got a confirmation from my fren tat this is indeed halal ... so rest assure. whoever had the chance to try this ... go try!! it's all worthwhile ... *winks* Check out the website: https://www.facebook.com/pages/MEGAMELT-MUHLACH-ENSAYMADA/155232844700

ReplyDeletein fact the view from every angle of the house is not blocked ... we can even see the port and even kites flying at the west coast park ...
lights may not shine thru' the kitchen though ... cos we only have a small window in the kitchen ... but probably the service yard will shine some light in ... we're gonna have grilles in the service yard but no windows ...
where will yours be?

mine will still be in Sembawang...tried for the one near the sports school in Woodlands...tak dapat.
i've always like big windows...clear views...that's why i take high floor..tingkat 14.
may be able to see Sembawang park..
may have to put grilles too..i got my 2 cats.
ya mine is at clementi. yup ... mrt, library, food, bus, ... you name it ... it's all around our flat. only we hope there's cinema nearby ... hehehe
ReplyDeletenatural lights comes into our flat ... even at night, it's not as pitch dark as we expect ... in fact a chinese lady steps into our unit and said our house though small but it looks spacious ... lapang ... alhamdulilah la ... rezki allah katakan ...
becos of the shorter flats around our flat ... even at 9th storey there's no blockage anywhere ...

for the new place...its a bit out of the way...but i think we've grown to like a bit more quiet surrounding..comes with age me thinks!
natural light is always good...full moon light...very the romantik!
have fun renovating..i had a freakin nightmare with the contractor back then...pemalas..in the end..he gone bankrupt.
my 2 cats...all of 7 legs...tak cari..datang rumah sendiri..thats why we sayang them even more.
