    Lemme share something personal:

    I quit novels. They are the notorious, unsuspecting killers that led me to believe my romance gotta be something like that. And what do i get? Shit.

    I read anything relating to the science of the mind instead. They are more real.

    but i doze off much easier and stress me out sometimes though other times it clears the mind ...

    on the lighter side ... novels are lighter for my mind (sometimes i just need to be transit to dreamland)... heheheh
