this is the worst menses i ever had ... it started with 2-3 weeks in advance cramps ... just the feel but no way near ... bloatedness ... soarness ... the ZITS ... sighhhh!! then the day came ... 16 Jun 2008, just a tiny bit ... signs of it ... the night, i slept with pad on ... the next day ... 17 Jun 2008 the worst ever 1st cramps that i ever had since the day i had my menses at age of 9 ... and now i'm 32 years 6 months old ... good ness me ... it's the most terrible pain ... followed with the heaviest flow ever ... i've to change every hour ... pop in 2 panadol for menstrual ... nope ... nothing happen ... still in pain ... mind blank ... sat at my desk not even doing anything ... pop in another 2 more ... still in pain ... after abt an half to an hour ... it finally subside ... and i'm finally able to get some work done. and each time i stand up ... it's like peeing in my pants ... the hot blood gush out like no one's business ... each time i'm
